Urgent repairs are significant issues that require prompt attention but do not present the same immediate level of danger as an emergency.
Routine repairs are non-emergency issues that can be dealt with through the normal maintenance process. The response will depend on the nature of the fault, availability of parts or contractors, access requirements and other relevant circumstances.
